Hart-to-Hart Farm is a diversified organic dairy farm owned and operated in Albion, Maine, by the Hartkopf family, proud members of Organic Valley Family of Farms.  Our farm offers a variety of educational programs and food products.  We welcome you to come and learn more about our farm, programs, and products. Join our experience staff every saturday afternoon during the summer for Family Farm Adventure. Each week offers a theme topic to investigate. Fun for the whole family.
