Hart-to-Hart Farm is a diversified, dairy farm owned and operated  by the Hartkopf family in Albion, Maine.   Our farm offers a variety of educational programs and hormon /antibiotic free farm  products. We welcome you to come and learn more about our farm, programs, and products.
